摘要 以經(jīng)過顆粒整形的綠碳化硅及硅粉為原料,以阿拉伯樹脂、硅酸鈉等為添加劑,制做了氮化硅結(jié)合碳化硅制品。在對(duì)真空氮化燒結(jié)溫度控制系統(tǒng)和燒成機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)制定了合理的氮化燒成工藝曲線。燒結(jié)出的澆注成型Si3 N4-SiC燒嘴套經(jīng)過多家公司應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證,性能優(yōu)良,可替代進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品。提高了產(chǎn)品的成品率。(金剛石與磨料磨具工程2009年第一期)
Abstract Taking shaping-•treated green silicate carbide and silicon powder as starting materials and gum and sodium silicate as additives,pouring-formed Si3 N4 bonded SiC articles were manufactured.Based on the analysis on the control system and sintering principle of vacuum nitridizing sintering temperature,a rational nitriding sintering technical curve was developed.The pouring-formed Si3Ni-SiC nozzle tubes obtained with the above sintering temperature curve were used in many companies and proved superior,capable of replacing imported products.The sintering temperature curve developed by the authors is proved rational and can remarkably decrease the reject ratio.
